Qt: Add basic QML module support

A starting point for catching up with the CMake infrastructure
introduced with Qt 6.2; see https://www.qt.io/blog/qml-modules-in-
qt-6.2.
Presumably a lot of things are still missing or slightly wrong, but I've
successfuly used the new item to port a simple real-world project.
