VB.net: improve file magic

- Require trailing space in keywords
- More flexible magic that matches at line starts (primarily) too
  - keywords which are likely to be found there, near the start
  - still need magic to beat un-magicable Virtual Boy ROMs
- Remove REM keyword, though:
  - too many false positives: see #250 and comment in !407
  - "rem" is not even the most common VB comment syntax
  - chance of misdetecting DOS batch files or remind files as VB
- Add some more test cases to make sire leading comment lines
  don't break detection
