Make QCanvasBrush comparison per value

It cannot just compare the data pointers when the real brush classes
have proper per value comparison. When they are convered to
QCanvasBrush operator == and != must continue returning results
consistent with calling == and != on the original.

Also add the missing operator== and != docs to QCanvasBrush.

Compare QCanvasBoxShadow::spread in equality check

Not sure why it was left out. Also extend the autotest.
