coin: Show verbose ninja build logs when building examples as external

The CI already builds examples as external for the macos platform.
Make sure we see the underlying compile commands of the nested ninja
call.

ohos: drop the now-unused QOhosOptional alias

The QOhosOptional<T> alias for std::optional<T>, along with the
makeQOhosOptional() and makeEmptyQOhosOptional() helpers, has no
remaining users: every use in the plugin has been converted to
std::optional directly.

Remove all three from qohosplugincore.h, concluding the conversion.

tst_QWindow: stabilize modalWindowPosition on OpenHarmony

On OpenHarmony the window manager enforces a minimum floating-window
width on a top-level's first layout and only resizes it to the
requested size afterwards, so reading the geometry right after
qWaitForWindowExposed() samples the transient value. Wait for the
geometry to settle with QTRY_COMPARE instead of comparing once.
