2D Change datetimeaxis tickcount type

Previously datetimeaxis' tickCount property's type was qreal. Having
tickCount property with FP type is weird. Change the type to int.

Amends c09ae0ee04841c4f51e8a908529eb23943e43e7d to address header review
comment.
