Support: add iterator facade

To make writing iterators a little more streamlined. The class is
somewhat inspired by boost's widely used `boost::iterator_facade`.

GStreamer: implement glib iterators with iterator facade

The glib list iterators can be simplified with the iteractor facade.

AVFoundation: probe codec support from system

Replace the hardcoded codec-to-format mapping tables in
QDarwinFormatInfo with dynamic probing using AVFoundation, VideoToolbox
and AudioToolbox.

The new implementation uses AVURLAsset.isPlayableExtendedMIMEType to
probe container+codec combinations at runtime, enumerates VideoToolbox
for available video encoders, and queries AudioToolbox for audio encoder
support. This ensures QMediaFormat queries reflect actual device
capabilities including support, including missing/incomplete AAC/Ogg/wav
containers and AV1 codec).

tests: introduce qtmm_internal_add_test shim

qtmm_internal_add_test is a small shim on top of qt_internal_add_test,
which:
* adds dependencies to platform plugins
* allows building as bundle
* deploys the ffmpeg xcframework libraries
