Graphs2D: use registerenumclassesunscoped in xyseries

Without Q_CLASSINFO("RegisterEnumClassesUnscoped", "false") enums in qml
are unscoped and may clash.

Amends a62786613ca16312e8498648f5649a1e8358ab8d (6.12).

Add RegisterEnumClassesUnscoped to classes with scoped enums

QGraphsView::ZoomStyle/PanStyle, QBarDataProxy::RemoveLabels, and
QSurface3DSeries::Shading are scoped enums registered as
Q_ENUM on classes exposed to QML. Without
Q_CLASSINFO("RegisterEnumClassesUnscoped", "false"), the scope is not
enforced on the QML side.

[ChangeLog][Potentially Source-Incompatible Changes] QGraphsView,
QBarDataProxy, and QSurface3DSeries now register their scoped enums to
QML as scoped, matching their C++ semantics. Code relying on unscoped
access to ZoomStyle, PanStyle, RemoveLabels, or Shading enumerators
from QML needs to be updated to use the scoped names.
