Fix glyph atlas resize on OpenGL after another backend QCRhiDistanceFieldGlyphCache::useTextureResizeWorkaround() cached its answer in a function-local static, so the first QRhi created in the process decided it for every later one. An OpenGL cache created after a Null or Vulkan one skipped the CPU shadow atlas and lost the glyphs when the atlas grew, rendering blank text.
