ohos: Replace Q_OS_OHOS with Q_OS_HARMONY

qtbase renamed the HarmonyOS platform detection macro from Q_OS_OHOS to
Q_OS_HARMONY. Update all test files that guard QProcess-based tests
for this platform accordingly, and correct the QSKIP message in
tst_integration_external.cpp from "OHOS" to "HarmonyOS" for consistency.
