ohos: add icons to system tray menu items

Populate StatusBarMenuItemOptions for OHOS system tray menu entries when
the corresponding QAction has an icon.

Convert menu item icons to the StatusBarItemIcon shape expected by the
status bar extension API, providing separate white and black PixelMaps
for dark and light modes.
