Add QLocale::toDateTime() benchmarks

The benchmarks check Gregorian, Jalali, and IslamicCivil calendars
with C and de-DE locales. All possible format specifiers are used
at least once.

Add QLocale::toTimeFormat() benchmark

Benchmark the overload that takes FormatType enum instead of a
format string.
