Darwin: unify display link implementations across Apple platforms

CVDisplayLink is deprecated in macOS 15.0. The replacement APIs
(NSView, NSWindow, NSScreen displayLink) return CADisplayLink,
the same class iOS has always used.

Unify macOS and iOS under a single CADisplayLink-backed
DisplayLinkObserver, using the screen-specific creation API
on macOS 15+ while keeping CVDisplayLink as a fallback for
older releases.

wasm: fix uncaught AbortError from video.play() in camera output

mediaVideoStreamReady can fire again for an already-active stream, which
re-set srcObject and interrupted the in-flight play(). Its unhandled
promise then surfaced as an uncaught AbortError in the console.

Skip re-assigning srcObject when unchanged, and route play() through a
helper that swallows the benign rejection.
