  - Updated intrinsic.md document
  - Simplified the code per recommendations
  - Fixed constant folding to be context aware and only report errors
    in constant expressions.  Otherwise they are left for runtime.
  - Corrected namelist declaration error.
  - Corrected enumeration type attributes.
  - Added/modified test cases are appropriate.
