tests: fix gcc-15 / mingw builds

gcc seems to aggressively optimize initializer_list and tries to build
the PMF address into the binary. This seems to be allowed in c++ as
pointer-to-members are known at compile time. However windows binaries
only populate the Import Address Table during load-time, which seems to
be missed.
