QWaylandAdwaitaDecoration: fix border color to better match Adwaita

Update the color of window borders to better match current Adwaita style
and avoid currently non-visible border causing dialogs to blend with
the background window.

Backported from QAdwaitaDecorations on behalf of Ethan Chappel.
