Refactor type conversions in the open62541 plugin

in qopen62541backend.cpp. This change moves some of these cases

Fix clazy warnings

emit (*it)->mySignal() causes a warning for clazy-incorrect-emit,
emit it.value()->mySignal() is accepted.
