Some conversions between Qt and open62541 types were still done
in qopen62541backend.cpp. This change moves some of these cases
to qopen62541valueconverter.cpp.

Fix clazy warnings

emit (*it)->mySignal() causes a warning for clazy-incorrect-emit,
emit it.value()->mySignal() is accepted.
