config.yaml: Fix links, description, and repo

Changes are for similar reasons as discussed in !110. I don't know if the gitlab_repo property actually matters for anything!

EDIT: It turns out that I've misunderstood what "canonify" means in Hugo, so renamed the MR. Haven't changed the commit message though.
