embedded: Correct the description of the zap chord

Zap (Ctrl+Alt+Backspace) is documented as unsupported and ignored, but
the evdev keyboard handler quits the application on it unless
disable-zap was passed. The chord is consumed, so the application cannot
veto it. Console switching and reboot are genuinely ignored.

Also document disable-zap, which was missing from the parameter table.

Describe the signal and console state behavior on eglfs/linuxfb

The section did not mention that SIGINT and SIGTERM end in _exit(), so
no application shutdown code runs, nor that the console state is not
restored after an abnormal exit, which with linuxfb can leave the local
console unusable until reboot. Also document
QT_QPA_PRESERVE_CONSOLE_STATE.

embedded: Document the cursor atlas and tslib configuration as trusted content

Extend the note that the KMS configuration file and the legacy keymaps
already carry to the eglfs cursor atlas, and spell out which of its keys
are mandatory. Also note that tslib loads filter modules based on its
own configuration file, which Qt cannot enumerate.

Add a security considerations section for eglfs/linuxfb

The consequences of the embedded platform plugins running without a
windowing system were documented nowhere: that their configuration is
trusted content fixed at image build time, that input devices are opened
without filtering and restricting them is the device creator's task,
that EDID from an attached display is untrusted, etc.
