bundle generation

I have spent the day creating a script which can be found here:

It isn't perfect and still has some issues to work out, but in theory it 
should take desktop files and create bundles from them.  In the future it 
would be nice to be able to also put pics, sounds, etc in the bundles but 
this is a start.

This script also outputs a errorlog which you can go through and try to fix 
and report back to the kde author what they are missing (no icon) etc.
