kdemultimedia in general is not going to work without a *lot* of work. 
Parts of the arts bits in kdemultimedia actually cause arts to crash on 
OSX, and there's no midi support (all of the kde midi stuff is very 
linux-specific).

As far as I can tell, brahms (kmusic) is very unlikely to work anytime 
soon (this is, in fact, for the same reason that things like rosegarden 
and such are essentially un-portable to osx, be it qt/mac or qt/x11).
