Quanta

I got quanta to compile. :-)

See http://wtl.wayfarer.org/images/kde/quanta8.png (and that entire
directory, if you're curious).  I'll check in a patch to Ben's patch
CVS later tonight after I get things cleaned up.  Other than a
few annoying things (like the fact that Quanta apparently doesn't
support --nofork, using --unique instead), it was a pretty
straightforward port.
