KDE icon theme to match Aqua

I might get in trouble for posting this, but what the heck.

Awhile back I converted and collected a lot (A LOT) of icons from OSX 
and various OSX packages and accordingly named and arranged them into a 
very usable and nearly complete icon theme for KDE.  It was on 
kde-look.org for awhile but due to pressure from some of the copyright 
holders, I had to remove its listing.  This seems like as relevant a 
place as any to post it.

Because of the enormous work required in toolbar action icons, I was 
only able to do the 16x16 ones, so, uhh, use that setting for all 
toolbars :)

And ... no one tell Apple..  please?  ;)
