OK: I have patched arts and run the makefile. I then copied the admin directory to scribus w/o building the new arts admin directory. Here's what I get: checking how to recognise dependant libraries... file_magic Mach-O dynamically linked shared library checking for ranlib... ranlib checking for strip... strip admin/ltconfig: admin/ltconfig: No such file or directory configure: error: libtool configure failed [Kevin-Walzers-Computer:~/Desktop/scribus-1.1.4] kevinwal% I think scribus is looking for its own libtool. How can I work around this? Do I need to build arts again from scratch and install in opt/kde? (I am using the installer from 1/5.) Or am I missing something else?
