New binaries. questions

Hi, loaded up the latest binaries and can now web browse with 
konqueror. Can anyone tell me if they have it working in ftp or file 
manager mode. In file manager, the files appear but if i click or 
double click, a folder etc nothing happens. Anyone have it working
