Re: FYI: new binaries, new wiki

I had to install binaries in specific order: latest-kdesupport.dmg 
failed until after I had installed latest-kdelibs.dmg.   This seems self 
evident in hindsight....maybe a note on order and command line mentioned 
below could be added to README in binary download directory.
