New admin directory broken?

I've been trying to do a clean update of Scribus because of various 
issues I've run into, and I downloaded the new admin directory (1/22 I 
think) from the KDE-Darwin site. After applying the patch that Ranger 
Rick gave me, I ran make -f admin/Makefile.common cvs and got an error 
message that "there is no such file or directory." Haven't run into 
this problem before...anyone have any advice?
