Still no $ for me in quanta

I just installed 3.2 after waiting a couple of moths since last 
mentioning it.
I'm still waiting to be able to use quanta, but since I cant write '$' 
in it, it's pretty useless.

Still using:
OSX 10.3.3 , swedish keyboard.
iBook G4..
