livecd translation: change

I've deleted the hard disk install document from the TODO list.  I'd like to 
spend more time on the welcome doc, and given the difficulty that Otto had, 
the hd install will be less prominent of a feature.

The other change is that the strings in the hard disk installer need to be 
translated.  I need to extract a list (it's short--maybe ten or 15 strings) 
and put it in CVS.  I'll post to the list when that's done.

I've updated the TODO in CVS--I'll try to have the welcome page done by 
tomorrow.
