faq_en.html updates and a question for translators

i know i said this was frozen, but i lied.

two small changes:

(1) deleted #4, as this cd no longer has a boot.img file.

(2) made noapic comment more general in (the new) #11 (was #12)

Also, I have a question--I'd like to add style sheets and from the kde site 
once we have final version of all docs.  I was planning on doing this myself, 
no translation needs there.

If I do this with vim (add an include CSS file in the HTML HEAD, basically), I 
won't screw up anything, will I?

Hey, we recruited a Slovenian translator, and the Slovenian strings in KDE 3.2 
are almost all done ... so it should be pretty complete.  :)
