The short answer is no one.

The medium-long answer is that people who do the work become the defacto 
leaders; for example, Alex is leading the GTK/QT integration efforts.   But 
this is just my perception--there have been no elections and for all I know, 
Alex may not even want that label!  :)

We split the list kde-debian-private off to discuss organizational issues, and 
keep the technical issues here.  If you would like to participate in the 
organizational discussion, please send Navindra an email.  To date, the only 
consensus we reached is that 30+ (40+?) people put their name to Navindra's 
paper.
