Hi there,

after upgrading both my laptop and my desktop from kde 3.1.5 to 3.2.1
(that's on sid) I encountered everytime the same problem:

After logging in with kdm, I only got an xterm.

The "solution" that worked for me in both cases was to point
/etc/alternatives/x-session-manager to /usr/bin/startkde, which was
pointing to /usr/bin/kde3 before.

Did anyone have the same?

best regards,
Yves
