YaST GPL'ed

According to different sources YaST will be put under the GPL [1]. Since it's 
a Qt application with good integration into KDE's Control Center (both which 
I don't see changing anytime soon) it would be very nice to see people with 
focus on KDE taking a look at it, getting involved with it were applicable, 
adapting code were useful and suitable etc.
