So, the integrative effort is about integrating non-KDE applications into 
KDE ? it doesn't have much to do with integrating KDE into Debian (I don't 
see how KDE could be more integrated into a distro that is more or less 
desktop agnostic).

This is where I am really intrested in. What's done so far ? is there some 
documentation, if not, do you think it would be helpfull to start writting 
down all the definitions of what's needed for the desktop distro (called 
Kalyxo, right ?). I mean, how it will be installed, what options the 
installer will provide, what configuration tools will be provided, how the 
release cycle would work. What would be the philosphy towards the non-kde 
applications. Will it be only one distro ? That is, home and office might be 
different. Will there be a server to integrate with ? (plain Debian ?)

Well, in that aspect I would recomend running Zope and Plone since it's so 
easy to edit. I will have (I expect soon) a server running Zope and Plone, 
but I don't know if the bandwith I'll have will be enough (I still don't know 
how much bandwith a busy site consumes). I think some kind of wiki of any 
kind would be helpfull for that task.

Ok, when do we start ? should I write a kind of paper about what I consider a 
desktop distribution ? I have in my head a list of elements that I consider 
the keys to a successfull desktop.
But some of them, might be a bit... well, weird or too different to the rest, 
I don't know.
Or should I sent separate mails with each of my ideas so we discuss them 
here ?
