Yes, it's the consequence of works started before this Kalyxo archive. It's
logical, and needs to be solved now we are able to share efficiently... It
won't go with a magical wand, so the wiki, IRC and this mailing lists are
here to discuss this kind of things.

For the packages you mentioned, amarok and akregator both have an ITP owned by
Kalyxo packagers (respectively Alejandro Exojo and Peter Rockai) which is
coherent with the policy developed in the wiki. It's not the case for
knetworkconf, the package in Kalyxo archive is made by Christopher Sawicki.

I'm pretty confident they are all open to discussion on packages they want to
maintain, co-maintain, or leave to someone else.

Mirroring the main archive is a good idea IMHO. But, it should be the second
step, we must finish our packaging policy and merge the differents archive
before working on mirroring.

For those that are not duplicated it's the next step. For duplicated efforts,
we must solve the issue and know who will be responsible of the corresponding
packages.

You should send me your ssh public key if you want to upload packages, and
please refer to this page for the dput config snippet:

Interesting... I'd like to test this. ;-)

Regards.
