Some time ago, I made a CD-Live with KDE-CVS and all the programs that you 
name, except kio_fuse and the development environment. 

I don't release yet because it's come with the last CVS debian packages from 
Muesli, and they are pretty old (April and May)

I'm waiting for a bunch of new packages of KDE 3.3 (alpha or beta) from muesli 
or other packager to install and made a new version.
