Suggestions/feature requests for kmousetool

Wouldn't it be nicer if it were possible to define some hotkeys to enable and 
disable kmousetool completely ? And, also, to disable the autoclicking when a 
key is pressed on the keyboard ? For eg. if Ctrl key is pressed when moving 
the mouse, there shouldn't be any automatic left clicks. Once the Ctrl key is 
released the auto clicking feature should be resumed again. ?

At present, kmousetool starts without minimized. It could be possible to 
change this behaviour by providing an option like "Start minimzed...". It is 
quite annoying to have click the Close button every time you boot into KDE.
