Cannot enable/disable Sticky Keys on Shift*5

In previous versions of KDE, and in all other desktop environments,
one could activate/deactivate Sticky Keys by pressing the Shift key
five times quickly. This is an important, common accessibility
feature. However, it seems to be missing from KDE 4.6. Can someone
confirm that it is missing for them? When did this happen? Was this an
accident, or was it removed on purpose?
