Hi, I can confirm this bug. I'll even go one more on you and say that I'm not getting anything out of Orca on flat review for any QT apps since I ran updates on my Ubuntu 12.04 installation on 4/07 and pulled the latest build from gitorious. I've cc'd the KDE accessibility list on this conversation so the most interested parties can be made aware. Thanks.
