Re: KDE / Plasma accessibility report

So many links having to do with k d e and accessibility are dead, and so many pages in need of updating.
I am one who has not known where to go to try k d e yet.
I have ubuntu 20.04 on a drive.
It has gnome.
Could I add k d e, or must I install a k d e distro?
Also, for a total, is this desktop really ready yet?
