Assistance installing Faster-Whisper

I am wondering if the community would help me install faster-whisper, which
will be the back end for the dictation tool I need. Shervin mentioned
having custom code to make it similar to what Mac OS offers for its users.
My laptop came in way way earlier than I thought it would,  I'm ready to
jump all into the system.
