If they accept that disadvantage, this is not our problem.
Sometimes, the games just started.... sometimes, people just dont mind.

if they are friend, others player may offer compensation through the trading system.

we don't mind, this is a nice features.

spectators player are also very neat.

an other idea about that, would be to wrote the time when the game has been started, on the game list. so that if you join a running game, you can see if that game just started or not.
