When I right click on a estate, Buying house is disable.
As well as unmortgaging if I right click on a mortgaged estate.

I was playing with a gtkatlantic opponent. He did not have that bug.
So its probably on the client side...

instead of disabling/enabling, maybe the menu should be populated from available actions offer by the server ?
