Log Message:
I'm breaking compatibility all over in monopd--development and honestly
don't know whether Atlantik will be ready for it when KDE 3.3 is released,
or whether KDE 3.3 will be released when monopd gets its big 1.0 release..

I'll maintain Atlantik in KDE_3_2_BRANCH but at this point my main
development efforts for new features will not be in CVS, so to comply with
the policies I'm removing Atlantik from HEAD and will get it up to 1.0 with
stand-alone releases from my arch archive:
