If you perform the following steps, the player causing a property auction has to explicitly select Move->End Turn from the menu bar to continue play

1. Player 1 chooses auction instead of buy
2. Player 2 wins auction bidding more than is currently available in cash pot
3. Player 2 morgages N properties (where N is 1 to alot) and completes the transaction

At this point, Player 1 must manually perform Move->End Turn (assuming that s/he does not roll again)
