About the last patch

I've seen you've committed the patches to the CVS and you've even added me to 
the credits, THANKS :-)

But you have forgotten to add

m_refreshButton->setEnabled(true);

to 

void SelectServer::monopigatorFinished()

If you don't add that line the Refresh buttons doesn't becomes enabled if the 
server listing works, so the server list cannot be refreshed.
