Fixed in monopd CVS, updated the rotterdam server.

Correct behaviour for leaving jail by rolling doubles is: advance the number of squares of those doubles, do the usual land stuff, and do extra turn for the doubles. Let me know if this is handled incorrectly.

When you become solvent and pay the bank 
it doesn't move onto the "roll" stage of
the move.

also.. when you roll to get out of jail.
it doesn't let you roll to move in the same turn. not sure whether this is a bug or the correct behavior
