Yes, this is a known problem. This bug is listed in the KDE bug report system:

http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=53718

Unfortunately Jason has not had much spare time to put in Atlantik Designer,
so I suppose I'll have take a look at it myself.
