In games that involve more than two players, when an event like the chance card "chairman of the board" that requires the player to pay a certain amount to every player occurs with a debt, it is handled buggily.  If the person cannot pay all debts out of pocket, the person is forced to pay the total debt to each player...

For example, if four people are in the game, and a player with $65 liquid obtains this chance card, he is forced to pay $150 to each player.
