Btw: There are other Games in the KDE maes package like Kreversi and so on.

When I get Rob Kaper right he wants to create a kind of games server. Wouldn't 
it be better to create a backend for these games rather than program it new.

And: Wouldn't it be better to document the interface. i think for chess boards 
there is a standard interface. so perhaps as Draughts is more similar for chess 
a chess sever engine would suit better or "we could use this communication 
standard without changes". The mayor problem would be to set down the different 
rules of Draughts as there are so many.
